Nuppuzine vol 5 – Exercise and wellbeign is the fifth volume in Nuppu’s series of pattern books. This time Nuppuzine features patterns for all kinds of exercise like the gym, yoga, swimming or just walking along the shore both in summer and in the autumn.

We have chosen garments that are suitable for all sorts of exercise and activities. Because the most important thing about exercise is being comfortable, many of the patterns come with variations to make the clothes just the way you like them.

Choose different materials to make the same pattern suit different purposes and don’t be afraid to try out new materials like sports jerseys, softshell or tracksuit fabric. It’s easiest to start with a t-shirt and swimming bottoms, but those who’d like to be challenged will try softshell or sewing a zipper into sleek sports jersey. Many of the patterns are also suitable for everyone’s favorites jersey and French terry.

The book has patterns for a swimsuit and a bikini for women, swimming trunks for men and boys, and a swimsuit or a leotard for girls. There is also a pattern for a children’s UV suit. For women, there are also patterns for a training top and shirt, yoga pants, two different kinds of shorts, a dress that can be worn at the beach as well as a jacket made from tracksuit or softshell fabric.

The women’s patterns come in sizes 34–52, men’s in 46–60 and children’s in 62/68–52 depending on the garment.
